Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and standards.
• Handstretch and toss dough to create perfectly shaped pizza bases.
• Sauce and top pizzas with precision and creativity, ensuring even distribution of toppings.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pizza recipes and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizzamaking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality food.
• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
