Operating Partner (Commission-Based)

Ontario, Canada (Remote)

Responsibilities:


  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote CLINICLAIM's services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospital settings, with a deep understanding of medical billing processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, startuplike environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
  • A resultsdriven attitude, with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
