Operating Partner (Commission-Based)

Ontario, Canada (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote CLINICLAIM's services and value proposition.
Collaborate with the board of directors to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospital settings, with a deep understanding of medical billing processes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving business growth and exceeding targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, startuplike environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
A resultsdriven attitude, with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
