THE ROLE
Fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs are delivered by PSP on Bases, Wings and Units across Canada and in deployed operations.
PSP delivers evidence-based programs, which contribute to the health and well-being of the military community and operational effectiveness of the CAF.

As a Sports Coordinator, your competencies will be used towards the planning and the coordination of the operations and delivery of sports programs in your location.
This includes both intramural sports and competitive representative sports teams that compete nationally and internationally in such sports as hockey, volleyball, soccer, rugby, running, swimming, triathlon and basketball.
On a daily basis, you will be involved in the organization, coaching, and officiating of sports, clinics and training camps.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Sports Administration, Recreation Management or a related field

Successful completion of the Coaching Association of Canada
- Multi-Sports modules requirement set by the Canadian Armed Forces Sports Office (HQ), by the end of probation period. Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
