We are seeking an experienced professional to provide labour relations support to the collective bargaining team through all stages of collective bargaining.


As Labour Relations Coordinator, you will support the collective bargaining group by coordinating and managing all aspects of the bargaining process alongside the Executive Director, Labour Relations (Collective Bargaining).

Tasks include analyzing and updating the collective agreements, researching and preparing technical reports on labour relations issues, developing and maintaining databases to track the status of multiple bargaining tables, and other assigned duties.

As a resource and support to bargaining, you work positively and productively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.


Reporting to the Executive Director, Labour Relations (Collective Bargaining), you bring excellent communication and analytical skills as well as familiarity with research, and report preparation, supported by a relevant undergraduate degree.

Experience in Labour Relations and/or Human Resources is an asset, but not required.


The BCPSEA office is located at East 12th Avenue in Vancouver on the traditional and unceded territory of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.

Located in the newly developed Renfrew Centre, our office is conveniently accessible by SkyTrain and along the Central Valley Greenway bike route.

The ability to attend at the office at least once per week is preferred, but full or partial remote work options may be considered.
