Position Overview

This position may be combined with other duties such as office administration, driving and other opportunities as needed to align with our growth.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter, hiring manager or go-getter who is building their career in Talent Acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities

Contribute to the new hire experience by staying connected to them throughout their onboarding experience and beyond.
Research alternative methods for posting open positions and building community connections
Other administrative or driving duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Goaloriented attitude
Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and ability to work independently with mínimal direction
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or webbased job posting sites would be an asset. Ie Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn etc.
Strong Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with posting, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers is a great asset
