Description:
The Client Services Worker reports to a Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities (PSR) Program Supervisor.

The Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities reports to the Client Services Coordinator This person works primarily within a team setting, however, may also work independently within a program or through community access.

This is a front-line position that has the responsibility to support and facilitate the development of skills and competencies that will assist clients to pursue and fulfilling their goals, objectives, and aspirations.

Minimum Qualifications:
(CSWorker 1):

Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution (or currently enrolled in High School)
Proficient command/comprehension of the English language
Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment
Emergency First Aid and CPR
Minimum three Open Futures Learning courses annually

Additional Qualifications:

Medication Administration Training
Abuse Prevention & Response Protocol
Client Rights
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training
Class Five License and twomilliondollar liability insurance on personal vehicle

Clients with Complex Needs (Applicant must have):

One year formal education in a related field such as Community Disability Studies, Child and Youth Care, Community Mental Health Certificate, etc. & at least 1 year of experience with complex needs
In the absence of education, two years of experience with complex needs
In the absence of education and two years of experience with complex needs, five years in the community disability sector
Validated: Community Disability Studies, Child and Youth Care, Community Mental Health Certificate or 5 years complex support needs
Shift Differential pay of +$3/hour for complex behavior need positions (posting #30422)_

#30-417:

Week 1: 46 hours: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday
Week 2: 34.5 hours: Sunday/ Wednesday/Thursday
Temporary Position ending October 31, 2025

40 hours: Monday to Friday:

40 hours: Monday to Friday:

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay:
$19.45-$22.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
