Description

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Communicate and liaise effectively with team members to ensure customer inquiries and orders are handled and processed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate customer and technical support services for cell biology products
  • Provide support for cell lines product curation and management
  • Provide assistance to Intellectual Property Manager for technology transfer
  • Support growth of company cell line products portfolio
  • Assist with licensing of cell biology and other products
  • Follow up on customer orders, production timeline and shipment statuses
  • Work with production teams and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction
  • Other product management and customer support related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in relevant Life Science fields such as Microbiology, Biochemistry or Biology;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive, detailoriented and possesses a relentless drive to learn and take responsibility
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting, and proven ability to problemsolve independently
