YOUR MISSIONS:

We are looking to fill the position of Transport Technician for a distribution client located on the south shore.

Under the department manager your tasks are

Updates the data relating to the control of the pallets and the refrigeration units of the trucks.
Updates the repair expenses of the various transport service providers.
Responds to and follows up on requests from the various departments of the head office and the network.
Prepare various documents using Microsoft Office suite software.
Performs all other related tasks.

YOUR PROFILE:

Hold a college diploma (D.E.C.) in office technology.
Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Master Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the AS/400 system.
Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and resourcefulness.
Be able to handle several files at the same time, and this, within tight deadlines.
Have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrate good team spirit.
Demonstrate a good sense of responsibility and organization.
Be bilingual (French-English) both orally and in writing
