Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, selling new insurance policies, and administering policies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on personal insurance solutions.

You will also be responsible for preparing documentation for insurance carriers, processing policy changes, and communicating effectively with underwriters and adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Retention: Actively sell new insurance policies (writing new business) and diligently work to retain existing client business through renewal processes and proactive communication (retention calls).
