Are you an HR professional looking for a challenging role where you can make a significant impact? Join my clients People & Culture team as a Supervisor, HRIS In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing the systems and data crucial for our HR activities.

Your primary responsibility will be overseeing HR master file records, benefits, pensions, and statistics, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and privacy are maintained.

You'll lead the development and adaptation of business processes, providing specialized expertise, advice, and recommendations to our leadership team and employees.

Supervision and mentorship will be key aspects as you guide a team of HRIS Analysts and clerical staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring quality control.

As the ideal candidate, you'll possess a degree in human resources or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in integrated HR/PAY systems like SAP is crucial, including organization management, personnel administration, collective agreement administration, benefits, and business intelligence reporting.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, as is the ability to establish effective working relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
