    Sommaire de la fonction

    Sous la supervision du gérant et de l'assistant gérant la personne titulaire de ce poste a le mandat d'offrir en tout temps un service à la clientèle hors pair. Elle doit également voir à la réception et la mise en place des produits tout en gardant son espace de travail propre et en bonne condition.

    Principales Responsabilités:

    Cette section a pour but de décrire les tâches reliées à l'emploi ainsi que les résultats attendus.

    • Offrir à la clientèle un service de haute qualité;
    • Maintenir les comptoirs de vente pourvus de marchandise et ce de façon attrayante;
    • Vérifier la quantité et la qualité de la marchandise reçue;
    • Emballer et estampiller la marchandise;
    • Faire la rotation des produits et assurer un contrôle qualité;
    • S'assurer de l'ordre et de la propreté du magasin;
    • Participer aux inventaires réguliers;
    • Percevoir le paiement des clientes selon le type de paiement;
    • Responsable de l'ouverture et la fermeture du magasin;

    La personne titulaire de ce poste peut être appelée à effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

    Profil des compétences et Qualification requise:

    Formation / Expérience / Certification

    Formation : Diplôme d'études secondaires (D.E.S)

    Expérience : 3 à 5 ans service à la clientèle

    Connaissances

    • Cet emploi exige de la rédaction de notes de services, à partir d'instructions verbales, afin de transmettre de l'information courante.
    • Cet emploi exige d'effectuer des calculs mathématiques (additions, soustractions, multiplications ou divisions).
    • Généralement, les connaissances et les habiletés sont maintenues à jour par leur exécution quotidienne. Aucune activité de formation particulière n'est requise afin de demeurer performant dans cet emploi.
    • Cet emploi exige un niveau de coordination musculaire et de dextérité manuelle commun à la plupart des personnes.
