This position is key role to the overall success of our service department and therefore we require the highest level of customer service skills.

The role is about communication skills and teamwork in working with our guests, technicians, parts team and transportation team.

SCHEDULE:Mon-Fri (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), and rotating Saturday (8:00 am -3:00 pm)


Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone service appointments for customers including confirmation of services, costs, and parts orders.
  • We need you to respond to guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction standards, obtain and provide contact telephone numbers, answer questions and concerns from these as well.
  • Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to guest's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules.
  • Prepare the related quotes for customer service requests.
  • Inputs appointment requests describing symptoms, problems, and guest descriptions of issues as well as specific repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures from guests.
  • Coordinate shuttle service for customers.
  • Contact customers to inform them of safety recall campaigns relevant to their vehicles.
  • Ensure all callers receive prompt, impeccable customer service.
  • Carries out after service follow ups and promotes service facilities.


One unique feature of this role is cross training in writing internal work orders and learning the service advisor process and will provide the skills to move into further roles within the service department.
