Description:
As a Pharmacy Technician I, you will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products. You will receive and triage medication orders, compound and repackage medication and prepare sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) as a Pharmacy Technician.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent (2 to 5 years) experience within hospital pharmacy. Recent (2 to 5 years) experience and certification in sterile compounding. Recent (2 to 5 years) experience and certification preparing & checking oncology products. Recent experience with Connect Care pharmacy computer system.
