CARO Analytical Services is an employee-owned environmental and food laboratory that provides professional analytical testing services to public and private clients throughout Western Canada. DESCRIPTION:
Account Manager - Full Time


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Key Client Project Management

  • Setup and maintain client projects in LIMS.
  • Kick off meetings with clients to ensure sales promised items are followed through to service and all contract requirements are met for contractual clients.
  • Respond/follow up on client feedback and problemsolving client concerns appropriately escalate as needed and ICARs.
  • Ensure special analytical requirements are communicated effectively to operations.
  • Maintaining Bid Pricing
  • Contractual client management ensure contract terms are adhered to and assist with new RFPs

Work Order Management

  • Data verification when requested by clients.
  • Contact clients about delays.
  • Invoicing ensure pricing is set correctly for work orders, correct bid applied, surcharges.
  • Work Order Review (as needed).

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Postsecondary education from an approved institution in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry experience is an asset.
  • Energetic personality that can work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • An excellent understanding of client care and the ability to relate to a wide range of people.
  • The ability to solve problems as they arise and to generate ideas.
  • Detail orientated and good record keeping skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner.
  • Indepth understanding of regulations and CARO's analytical packages.

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:

- working in a laboratory: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- account management: 1 year (preferred)
