Job summary

The Human Resources and Safety Coordinator at National Logistics Services (NLS) supports both the Human Resources and Safety teams with daily operations. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, and all of the Great Place to Work initiatives while also providing guidance and leadership on the facility's safety initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Health & Safety certifications preferred (e.g., OHSA Certifications)
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or Health & Safety, preferably in a supply chain or warehouse environment.
