We're CAAT Pension Plan, and we're growing. We innovate defined benefit (DB) pension plans. What are they?

This position is integral to the success of the Talent Acquisition team, and to CAAT's guiding mission and growth strategy.
The role focuses on supporting our Talent Acquisition Specialists with everything from drafting engaging job postings to partnering with business leaders to scheduling interviews and everything in between.
This is a great opportunity to hone your skills, get exposure to other areas of human resources, and play an important role in growing our company with the best talent in the industry.
We are looking for someone with:
- A university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation
- Minimum of two years' experience in a talent acquisition support role in a fastpaced team environment; familiarity with technology roles and the pension environment would be an asset
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); LinkedIn recruiting is an asset
- Excellent customer service orientation with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
- That they are resilient and adaptable, and motivated by learning new skills
- Pride in their work and that they accomplish tasks with a high attention to detail
- Confidence in navigating multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Once here you will:
- Assist with creating compelling job postings and researching to target the best talent job boards
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and inperson interviews and assessments for Talent Acquisition team
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with organizing job fairs or campus events
- Continuously find ways to showcase CAAT's employer value proposition to raise awareness of our brand and make recommendations to streamline the recruitment process
