When our clients have a questions, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSR's are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you'll be the go to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

In other words, they're awesome If you are too consider joining our Client services team on this 1+ year contract and potentially beyond

You're great at:

Customer Service
Handling highvolumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
Assisting team members
Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

You have:

Post-Secondary education (College or University)
2 years of frontline Customer Service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Teamfirst mentality
