What You'll Bring

  • Strong ethical approach to sales with the ability to prospect and grow a book of business
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas in an Inside Sales role
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100 calls per day
  • Be welcoming and determined to develop rapports with clients and colleagues
  • Act with integrity and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards
  • Time management, goal setting and drive to meet sales objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, not required but an asset
  • College Diploma in Marketing or Communications, not required but an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $50,000/yr
  • Large Volume Upfront Commissions and Residual Commissions at $20 per RCE with incremental increases based on performance
  • Total Commissions averages from $30,000/yr $150,000/yr
  • Performance reviews every 4 months with Bonus and Salary raise opportunities

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation
  • Explain and demonstrate features of OWE product and service offerings
  • Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and mentors
  • Consistently maintain and exceed daily, weekly and monthly Appointment and RCE quotas
  • Work collaboratively with Outside Sales, operating as ONE team to support ONE mission
  • Adhere to all Corporate Sales Policies

This position is 100% onsite.

  • Inside sales: 3 years (required)
  • Telemarketing: 2 years (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 2 years (required)
  • Prospecting: 1 year (preferred)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
