What you'll do:

Create a diverse talent pipeline for salaried and hourly positions.
Support the recruitment and selection process for hourlypaid positions within FCL and across the Cooperative Retailing System (CRS) as needed.
Support intake meetings with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
Work will all Talent Acquisition team members to execute full cycle recruitment activities.
Conduct references and work cross functionally supporting background checks, due diligence, and onboarding.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma or certification.
Have a minimum of 1 year of related experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
