About Bite BrandsBite Brands is a fast-growing hospitality platform behind Dave's Hot Chicken in Canada and Forest Hill Farmhouse. We are building a modern restaurant group that blends strong brand storytelling, disciplined operations, and data-driven growth.
With 23 restaurants open to date and aggressive expansion plans across Canada, we are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Systems and Technology to build and lead the technology function from the ground up.
Position OverviewThe Manager, Enterprise Systems & Technology is the primary owner of restaurant and corporate technology systems across the organization.
This role connects Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing by ensuring all core platforms — POS, labour planning, payroll, ERP, and digital ordering systems — are integrated, reliable, and optimized.
The role combines ERP administration, systems integration oversight, digital project management, and technology strategy.Key Responsibilities
ERP & Enterprise Systems
Serve as internal owner and administrator of the company's ERP system.
Maintain system integrity, user access, workflows, and financial integrations.
Ensure accurate data flow between POS, labour scheduling tools, payroll, and ERP.
Support Finance with reporting optimization and system enhancements.
Manage upgrades, vendor relationships, and system documentation.
Systems Integration & Data Management
Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot integration failures.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Master Data Governance
Own and maintain master data across systems, including chart of accounts, store data, menu items, pricing, vendors, and employee structures (with HR).
Establish governance processes and approval controls for system changes.Ensure consistency and auditability of data across platforms.
Digital & Store Technology
Manage third-party delivery integrations and new store system setups.
Oversee centralized menu and pricing updates across all digital channels.
Provide first-level support for store hardware and coordinate vendor escalations.
Lead internal coordination for mobile app and web ordering initiatives, including UAT and milestone tracking.
Technology Assessment & Optimization
Evaluate the company's technology stack for scalability, security, and cost effectiveness.
Recommend new systems and lead vendor selection processes.
Develop a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with growth plans.
Qualifications
5+ years in IT systems management, digital operations, or enterprise systems administration (restaurant or retail preferred).
Strong ERP administration experience and understanding of financial system integrations.
Experience integrating POS, labour planning, payroll, and accounting platforms.
Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and system workflows.
Experience managing cross-functional technology projects.
Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, and Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5P 1E- 2 days in office per week required

Salary
The range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 annually (based on skill set and experience)
