Job Description

Clinical education is at the heart of nursing — and so are the dedicated professionals who bring it to life. Oulton College is currently seeking Practical Nursing Clinical Instructors to join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, you'll play a vital role in shaping future LPN's, ensuring they graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in diverse healthcare settings.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and mentor PN students during long-term care clinical placements in the Moncton area.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development in real-world environments
• Support the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice
• Promote professional attitudes and practices that reflect excellence in patient care

Requirements

• Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Good standing with the ANBLPN (Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses) or ability to acquire a license.
• Minimum of five years of experience
• Experience in long term care setting
