Description

Work with the Services Architect and the Technical Team Lead on the overall design, may perform design review(s) and code reviews.

Work with team to test changes / additions related to overall design.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues. Support the distribution of builds into all project delivery environments.

In-depth systems process and internetworking knowledge In-depth knowledge of Structured query language (SQL) database and server infrastructure (Redhat 8.6) Knowledge of cloud based infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and NFVi/bare metal infrastructure Able to build and execute detail test plans and test cases related to toll free call testing, fail over testing, etc.

Ability to execute and record results from detailed test cases.

Understanding of the Agnity Communication Application (CAS) platform Knowledge of voice networks and the positioning of a Toll Free solution within the network.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for creating testing reports, MOPs, test cases, specification documents, etc.

Salary:
$40.00-$50.00 per hour
