Description
We are looking for a Account Manager, Aviation for our Insurance Brokers division/office based in Mississauga.
-
Your Role :Reporting to the Airfreight Aviation Supervisor, you are a member of the customer service team that services mid market and small business Commercial insurance accounts within the specialty programmes division. #LI-Hybrid

Your Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by handling client correspondence
  • Account service coordination including review of documentation for routine policy changes, renewals or cancellations
  • Research and investigate information to ensure strategic decisionmaking for the client
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, trade shows and project team activities
  • Prepare all clientfacing documentation including invoices, letters, renewal documents, certificates of insurance
  • Quote and write new business within the specialty programme guidelines
  • Administer your client renewal process
  • Organise client documentation

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Minimum 2 years in a brokerage as an Assistant or Account Manager
  • Sig and/or EPIC Experience is beneficial
  • Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Able to create tables to display quotes
  • RIBO License required
  • University or College Degree/Diploma is beneficial
  • CAIB or CIP (or working towards) an asset
