Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry leading tools Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system ADAS front camera Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products ensure that the companys quality procedures are complied with Adhere to and enforce Belron International technical standards work procedures for door window and windshield repair replacement Ensure proper tool maintenance Consistently strictly adhere to company Health Safety procedures using safety equipment provided Ensure that you work within company productivity targets Represent interests of customer dealing internal procedures promptly providing customer feedback keeping customers informed work process being carried out Seek identify opportunities increase sales add on products further develop business opportunities Always display high level of professionalism Exercise strong attention detail order add value wherever can Foster genuine relationships customers fellow team members
