    Your mission at GardaWorld

    Develop partnerships internally and with other companies (suppliers and customers). Develop profitable business models. Ensure compliance with the company's strategic planning when seeking new business related to cash register automation. Keep abreast of the development of new products and services.

    Your responsibilities include:

    Monitor the behaviour of the value chain in markets where Garda operates to identify opportunities for new solutions.

    Identify market needs to generate opportunities for action and development of new solutions through visits and/or contacts with customers (Fact-Finding Process).

    Identify existing solutions in GardaWorld' s business units in other countries related to checkout automation that add value to customers and can be implemented in Canada.

    Maintain relationships with customers and potential customers, both commercial and non-commercial, to understand their needs and develop new solutions.

    Develop a business plan for new opportunities and solutions using the best and most appropriate methods available.

    Monitor the implementation of new solutions to ensure that customers' needs are met in line with their expectations.

    Work in partnership with the sales area, providing support where necessary to respond to new solutions requested by customers, including supporting sales with Market research, data analysis on the customer research process (consultative selling), and A/B marketing tests.

    Promote and prepare proposal and ROI presentations with a consultative sales approach.

    Maintain constant contact and alignment with commercial and operational areas to update on their specific aspects including knowledge of capabilities and internal knowledge. Responsible for the development and implementation of customer pipeline activities and reporting.

    Participate in team and customer meetings and collaborate with other areas of the company such as Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.

    Participate in the preparation of the budget for solutions for which he/she is responsible or that have been created in the area of new activities.
