MAIN DUTIES (INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including lawyers and marketing, to develop compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the endtoend sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies.
  • Represent ME Law at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to raise brand awareness and promote our services.
  • Be the first point of contact for any new prospective client callers and other contracting parties.
  • Maintain internal protocols, procedures, and policies relevant to the Client Intake process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development and marketing roles, preferably within a professional services organization.
  • Possess a successful track record in developing and implementing business development and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Law firm experience is an asset but not a requirement.
