Service Experience Specialist

Location:
On-site - Edmonton, AB

Join our team at Subaru City in Edmonton, AB as a Service Advisor and put your customer service skills to work As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for booking customer service appointments and answering any questions they may have about the services required.

You'll also be handling transactions at the end of appointments.

We're looking for an individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Book customer service appointments and ensure all appointments are properly entered into the system.
Greet customers and provide them with an overview of the service appointment process.
Answer any questions customers may have about the service appointment, including pricing, timeline, and recommended services.
Communicate with customers throughout the service appointment process to provide updates and answer any additional questions.
Ensure that all customer service transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service department.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, a university degree in a related field is considered an asset.
Previous automotive experience is also considered an asset.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.

Salary:
$20.00 per hour
