The Role
- This role sits in the Founder's Office and works directly with executive leadership.
- You will design and build the revenue infrastructure that powers our next stage of growth.
- This is not a marketing coordinator role. This is not a machine learning research role.
- This is a systems-building role at the intersection of business, data, and automation.
- You will translate strategy into scalable execution.
What You'll Own
- Design the architecture of our revenue systems (CRM, lifecycle, funnel)
- Build automation across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Implement AI-driven workflows (LLM-based analysis, classification, insights)
- Create growth dashboards (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, cohorts)
- Structure D2C onboarding and lifecycle flows
- Identify friction in the revenue engine and eliminate it
- You will work directly with the COO and CEO on high-impact initiatives.

Background
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or similar
- Experience with APIs, automation tools, or data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
- Basic SQL / scripting experience preferred
- Startup or co-op experience is a strong plus
