Description
We are looking for an Order Process Administrator to join our team and work Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. The Order Process Administrator will process orders, address complaints, and provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate customer records and input order into the company system
  • Collaborate with internal team for timely order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of staff, as directed by verbal or written instruction
  • Maintain working schedules and engagement calendars of management
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
  • Offer product knowledge and guidance to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while providing recommendations

Qualifications:


  • Experience in administration
  • Experience in data entry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5T 1J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
