DUTIES:
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a 1-year certificate in General Office Administration or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of practical work experience providing front-line and clerical support in a computerized service environment. Experience in an educational setting preferred.
Other Required Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of office procedures and practices
- Knowledge of intermediate bookkeeping and budgeting processes
- Effective communication skills (written/verbal)
- Effective time management and organizational skills to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Detailoriented and accurate
- Absolute respect for confidentiality
- Tactful and diplomatic
- Customer service oriented
Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college's Telework Policy.
