Advisor - Incentive Rate Setting
**One (1) permanent, full-time position - Hybrid
**The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is currently seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to join our team as an Advisor in the Electricity Distribution department. The Division focuses on the OEB's Processing and Approving of the Electricity Distributors' Annual Incentive Rate Applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and coordinate interrogatories/staff questions, OEB staff submissions, and briefing notes
- Prepare case schedules and procedural documents such as notices and procedural orders
- Work with applicants and stakeholders to clarify issues, and assist in settlement conferences
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Graduate degree (e.g., PEng, MBA, Masters) is a definite asset
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and converting analysis into quantitative and qualitative information used for business decisions
- Proven track record to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities at once
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that cater to all levels in the organization
- Previous experience in a regulated industry and/or public utility is a definite asset
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritizing, problem solving and timemanagement skills
