    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a technical founder to lead the creation of a company focused on advancing real-to-sim-to-real ML pipelines with a deep focus on real-time robot-environment interactions. As a Founder, you will work closely with our team to define the initial product, validate market opportunities, and build a technical roadmap. We are looking for someone who is ready to move from cutting-edge research or industry experience into company-building with venture backing.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop a strong technical foundation for the creation of interactive digital environments, facilitating real-to-sim-to-real ML pipelines.
    • Design and prototype MVPs showcasing private training and inference with large models.
    • Conduct early customer discovery to find urgent, underserved needs in computer vision sectors.
    • Collaborate with the venture team to shape the initial go-to-market strategy and fundraising plan.
    • Build and lead a founding technical team.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Deep technical expertise in machine learning (especially transformers and LLMs) and/or computer vision for scene reconstruction (digital twin).
    • Knowledge of CNNs, autoencoders and other common computer vision architectures.
    • Some experience with large model training, and distributed ML systems.
    • Some knowledge of common DevOps practices (CI/CD, unit/integration testing, and agile development – we use Jira).
    • Prior research (MSc/PhD or equivalent industry experience) or engineering experience at the intersection of ML and computer vision is a major plus.
    • Prior quantifiable experience (if applicable, include your public GitHub projects) in deploying software solutions.
    • Entrepreneurial drive - you are excited by uncertainty, learn quickly, and are motivated to build from scratch.
    • Strong communication skills — comfortable talking with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • (Optional but valuable) — Prior startup experience or demonstrated leadership on research or engineering projects.
