About us
Eicon Property Management was founded over 30 years ago to serve the Niagara Region with the highest possible management level.
The premise of our company is that each client is unique and therefore should be served according to his or her needs, in a highly efficient and caring manner.
We understand the importance of providing an efficient and reliable service, especially in an industry where this frequently does not occur.
Further, as we specialize in managing condominium corporations, we take a highly personalized and caring approach to ensure that each person is dealt with politely and courteously.
Our managers do not manage from behind a desk. Our most fundamental management premise is to get to know our clients. We make this happen by being on-site to meet with owners, Board members, and Superintendents regularly. This distinctive approach assures that we connect with individuals, understand the building, and establish a direct communication line with everyone associated with your corporation.
With larger corporations, we coordinate to be on-site at least one morning per week to deal with any concerns and connect with the owners.
