Objective:

Responsibilities:

Oversees all Internal and External development efforts.
Sets all the development standards for the company and 3rd parties.
Manages all pushes to staging and production for all development.
Acts as a support for a team of developers and Integration Analysts, establishes development standards and audits code and interfaces.
Ensures the delivery of highquality code in a timely manner across a variety of project engagements.
Resolves production issues identified with solutions supported by development team.
Prioritizes systems errors affecting the business.
Participates in multiple phases of projects, including requirements gathering, software design, development, and testing.
Ensures the use of documents and standard methodology for each request or project (Technical documentation, processes, error handling )
Puts in place and follow up on alerts for critical processes.
Find ways in which to improve our IT department's functions so they support our future goals.
Evaluating internal functions, development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth.
Find ways in which to improve our operations and system stability.
Manage and support all integration operations in IT

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology and Management.
7+ years of experience in a full stack development role, or similar.
Extensive development knowledge specifically around server side and clientside
Expert knowledge of JavaScript, , jQuery, HTML 4.x/5.x, CSS 3.0, XML programming languages
Experience integrating Web service calls and/or RESTful APIs
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, stored procedures, SSIS and SSRS
Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET,.Net Framework 4.5+,.NETCORE
Knowledge of MVC and other design patterns
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamcis x++ and D365 Fno programming.
Knowledge of Power Platform and MS Azure ecosystems
Knowledge with code versioning tools such as TFS and Git
Use of query language tools, Microsoft Reporting and/or a background in programming is an asset.
Strong knowledge of integration stack and integration activities between systems
Experience working with Digital platforms such as Commerce and CRM
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Good Management skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Detail oriented and able to create user documentation.
Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines.
Innovator with quick absorption of new technologies; strong understanding of technology solutions
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams.
