We are seeking passionate, creative and dynamic individuals with an above average work ethic to join our Retail Manufacturing Team in the Décor Department.

POSITION:
Plastics Fabricator / Carpenter / Assembler / CNC Operator

NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
5

LOCATION:
Paris, Ontario (new 100,000 sq. / ft. facility)

REPORTS TO:
Décor Department Supervisor

WAGE:
Based on experience including benefits

Dayshift or afternoon shift available.

35 years of experience in a plastics or signage manufacturing environment
Experienced with plastics and/or woodworking machinery and associated hand tools
Experience in fabricating acrylics and other related plastic materials
Experience working with laminates, veneers and other laminated products
Comfortable operating machine tools, pneumatic nail guns and measuring equipment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow work instruction details
Knowledge of materials, hardware and signage manufacturing methodology
Ability to work well with other team members
A strength for problem solving and working with tight deadlines
Ability to work safely, identify hazards and follow safety procedures
Other duties as assigned by management

Additional skills that would be an asset:

Tow motor license
Cabinet / fixture / signage installation experience
Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
Experience operating CNC routers and panel saws
