Developing and implementing an overall marketing and sales strategy
Developing marketing customer service policies and advertising programs
Developing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities
Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations
Motivating sales teams to achieve their goals
Hiring project managers
Assisting in design of construction plans
Monitoring, scrutinizing and improving marketing campaigns as needed
Organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating through middle managers the overall operations of construction companies
Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official function

Requirements:

Strong background in Marketing/sales within the construction industry
10 years' experience within industry
5+ years' in a senior managerial/executive role
Ability to collaborate and build partnerships with different business units within the company
Bachelor's degree at minimum in a related field (business or engineering)

Salary:
$144,000.00 per year
