We're looking for a Partner Billing and Commissions Specialist to join our Partnerships team in Toronto. You will work closely and across multiple departments to help oversee operational requests from start to finish


What you'll be doing:


  • Process and verify partner payouts: This includes owning endtoend responsibility for software commissions and payments rev share. Additionally, creating software and payments rev share reporting, generating POs / Invoices and coordinating with finance to process payouts
  • Data & Analysis: Generating data sets for stakeholders to get more insight into commissions and rev share processed
  • Communicate with partners: This includes answering any questions partners may have about their commissions, as well as providing them with updates on the status of their payments.
  • Continuously improve the process: This includes reviewing and analyzing the current commission process and recommending changes to improve efficiency and accuracy. It also involves identifying any potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to reduce delays in commission payments. Additionally reporting on bug, working with other teams to resolve systems related issues
  • Assist projects pertaining to commissions: This includes spearheading all projects pertaining to partner incentives, such as partner terminations, commissions restructuring etc.,
  • Stakeholder management: This includes developing productive working relationships with internal and stakeholders to facilitate solutions
  • Documentation: This includes outlining all processes, workflows and policy changes in clear and digestible manner

What you'll be bringing to the team:

The partnership team is one of a kind, we are the commercial team with a very large focus and strong connection to the product and its newest features.

We are looking for a true motivator with positive energy to fit this vibrant sales/tech team:


  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time and energy, even under highpressure situations;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel;
  • Prior experience using Salesforce (1 year);
  • Confident navigating Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other departments;
  • Demonstrate attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate outofthebox and forward thinking;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • SaaS sales experience;
  • Experience with Hubspot;
  • Experience with the partnership ecosystem;
  • Experience creating documentation used in presentations.
