The General/Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring optimal business operations, driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role is integral to setting and achieving short and long-term goals.
The manager oversees various operational aspects and works closely with the leadership team to ensure the company operates effectively and meets its goals.
Responsibilities'- Formulate, implement, and evaluate business strategies and plans in alignment with the company's short and longterm objectives.
- Lead and motivate teams to enhance engagement and performance.
- Oversee all operational activities to ensure they align with the company's strategy and mission.
- Prepare regular operational status reports for the executive team and staff.
- Make informed decisions to facilitate business advancement and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies to uphold the company's ethics and legality.
- Evaluate operational results, compare them with set objectives, and implement measures to improve unsatisfactory performance.
- Foster trust and strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and serve as a point of contact for significant shareholders.
- Identify and resolve problematic situations to ensure company sustainability and growth.
- Participate in negotiations with other companies for collaborations or partnerships.
- Represent the company to staff, clients, and the public.
- Manage contractual renewals and negotiations related to company benefits.
- Undertake any additional duties as necessary for the organization's benefit.
Salary:
From $90,000.00 per year
