- Support the inspector technician electronic in their daily jobs (technical and logistical)
- Analyze the key performance indicators of the technician inspector team and propose improvements
- Maintain operational test stations and determine the needs for these stations to ensure smooth operational progress
- Act as a reference point for engineering (technical support for dry runs and analysis of recurring issues arising from repairs)
- Creation and improvement of test systems.
- Act as a reference point for customer service, particularly NFF monitoring (no fault found)
- Fulfill material orders for the repair sector
- Analyze the obsolescence of parts.
- Ensure quality certifications (ISO 9001 at AS9100) for the department
- Coordinate the implementation of new health and safety measures.
- DEC in electronics at least
- Very good knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system administration
- Has good technical analysis
- Has a methodical solution approach
- Advanced knowledge with different measurement devices
- Knowledge of programming
- Highly organized, good time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Good verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate
- Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel, intermediate to advanced level
- Work experience at CAE, an asset.
