Convergint is currently recruiting for a full-time, team-oriented, results-driven Senior On-Site Administrator to join their team in Fort McMurray. In this role, you will be responsible for daily review of timesheet entries into SAP and Spectrum.You will work with team members to identify and resolve data entry issues and liaise with onsite admin to escalate.
You will also oversee and manage the purchase order spend activity and ensure every line on PO's have proper available value to support our requirements.
This position will have be local to Fort McMurray and 7/7 shift schedule.Who You Are

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"Performs daily entry of timesheets into Spectrum.
Completes Spectrum invoicing for all peripheral items, i.e. materials, fleet, condo, LOA's etc entry into SAP. Performs the monthly SAP entry for Condo's, Fleet, LOA's, materials and other specialty items
Monitors and prepares bookings and change orders for 915 Spectrum projects based on purchase order from SAP.
Creates all cash receipt reports and reconcile accounts weekly to ensure correct cash application. Work closely with CDC to ensure corrections executed.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on contract performance. This includes 3-day entry report, PO spend report, open items in SAP not approved and other reports as required.
Complete necessary vendor invoice approvals
Keep track of all entry issues and ensures entry within 3 days of work completed. This is a critical component supporting our KPI's and report card for our monthly CPM meetings with client.
Checks all purchased orders for accuracy and completes all purchase order tracking, issue requests for uplifts etc.
This report as indicated above should be completed monthly and as we near end of PO we will use 80% complete as trigger for follow up meeting to determine possible request for uplift from SCM.
Provide monthly accrual reports, for account managers.Conduct monthly spend analysis.
Executes all work in accordance with Provincial, local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
Acts as "our customer's best service provider" at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer's first choice for service.
Communicates with and works with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the Convergint Technology Center, and company.
Keeps up to date and informed on all company policies.Presents a professional image of Convergint at all times in appearance and behaviour.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Education Requirements:
College diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or similar program desirable; extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in bookkeeping or an accounting environment.
Minimum five years of experience with SAP/Ariba/Fieldglass
