    RPA Lead Developer

    Location: Calgary, AB Canada

    Contract: Full time

    Who are we looking for?

    Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Tech Led to design & develop technical solutions.

    RPA Technical Lead with hands-on experience of 7+ years in Blue Prism and who has experience in automation anywhere to Blue Prism migration.

    Technical Skills:

    • RPA Technical Lead with hands-on experience of 7+ years in Blue Prism and who has experience in automation anywhere to Blue Prism migration.
    • Design and develop complex automation solutions using a variety of methods in support of automation.
    • Collaborate with end users & cross functional teams in design, development, testing of projects.
    • Engineer process patterns for the purposes of creating reusable assets within architecture.
    • Utilize process automation best practices to ensure automation meet business requirements.
    • Assist with automation design and provide alternative technical options as required.
    • Up-to-date with the latest technology trends
    • Highly detailed-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
    • Self-starter and able to execute without a lot of direction or oversight.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to make advanced analytics concepts accessible and understandable to non-technical business users.
    • Knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies
    • Knowledge and practice of secure software development processes
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

    Leadership Skills

    • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Pays high attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining logic for written business requirements.
    • Able to quickly grasp problems to provide incident resolution and brainstorming for technical requirements.
    • Adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced work environment and shifting priorities and responsibilities.
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
    • 7+ years of hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
