Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality control
Hiire, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Manage and monitor restaurant budgets and financial performance
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing and receiving of restaurant supplies and equipment
Ensure the restaurant is clean, wellmaintained, and presentable at all times
