Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of nail techniques, including classic manicures and pedicures
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional demeanor.
- Relevant certification or license.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail art.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and disinfected according to salon and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
- Manage appointments and client records accurately.
- Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
