Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and accidents to identify underlying causes and develop corrective actions
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Investigate and report on workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses
Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures and practices
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Stay uptodate with industry best practices and regulatory changes

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
Experience in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
