The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspection duties on property restoration projects in Port Hope, Ontario. These projects may include residential, commercial, and municipal owned land.
About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Municipal Building Inspector to join our Construction Phase Services group located in Markham, Whitby, Toronto and Mississauga Offices. The successful candidate will perform inspections on property restoration projects across various sectors.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and engineers to ensure compliance with project design specifications.
In this position you will provide guidance on safety procedures and risk management best practices as part of your daily activities
Your extensive knowledge of Ontario building codes will also contribute significantly towards meeting project objectives successfully!
