Key Criteria/Requirements:


  • 23 years experience in management/leadership roles
  • Boutique/Luxury goods experience an asset
  • Experience in effectively meeting/exceeding sales goals and targets individually
  • Experience in managing sales targets for teams of 5+
  • Experience in conflict management handling customer/staff issues effectively so both parties are satisfied


  • Full Weekend Availability

  • Saturday and Sunday from 9am 6pm

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Interviews can be remote if needed or in store safely social distanced depending on comfort level/current restrictions; All customers and staff required to wear masks; currently offering virtual appointments and curbside pickups only


Experience:

Retail Management: 2 years (preferred)

In person
