Flexibility to work within store operating hours is required
Key Criteria/Requirements:
- 23 years experience in management/leadership roles
- Boutique/Luxury goods experience an asset
- Experience in effectively meeting/exceeding sales goals and targets individually
- Experience in managing sales targets for teams of 5+
- Experience in conflict management handling customer/staff issues effectively so both parties are satisfied
- Full Weekend Availability
- Saturday and Sunday from 9am 6pm
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
Interviews can be remote if needed or in store safely social distanced depending on comfort level/current restrictions; All customers and staff required to wear masks; currently offering virtual appointments and curbside pickups only
Experience:
Retail Management: 2 years (preferred)
