    Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.

    Job Description

  • Engage in performance improvement through maintaining effective sanitation processes ensuring optimum machine availability.
  • Providing Technical and operational support to the production group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%.
  • Escalate issues beyond elementary sanitary capabilities and assist reliability technicians as required to affect repairs, maintenance and sanitation.
  • Focus on both efficiency and effectiveness; engage in Sanitation/Cleaning schedule.
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
  • Filing of checks sheets, accurately and reporting of any deviance noted immediately.
  • Keeping work areas in 7s compliance.
  • Administrative tasks.

    • Qualifications

  • Pass in year 12, in technical drawing
  • 3-5years experience with sanitation and cleaning activities in a food packaging/processing environment

    • Preferred

  • Proven Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills
  • Experience in reading pipe layout drawing or schematic understanding.
