Our Client is seeking two (2) Senior Project Managers to manage complex eHealth Modernization projects simultaneously, support project documentation and report project progress with stakeholders.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working in the Canadian health IT sector, with organizations such as Alberta Health, Alberta Health Services, Alberta Medical Association etc. (10+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in a project or program management role. (10+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience writing program/project related documents such as proposals, business plans, statements of work, RFPs, and strategy documents. (10+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in a role requiring an understanding of eHealth technologies, such as Electronic Health Record systems, Electronic Medical Record systems, Hospital Information Management systems etc. (10+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

The proposed resource should have demonstrated senior leadership experience working in the health sector (ideally Canada) with a sound knowledge of its stakeholders, business functions and informational requirements. (5+ years)
The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience in a leadership role requiring the ability to work with clinical health care professionals (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, nurses, etc years)
The proposed resource should have demonstrated knowledge of privacy and security issues relating to FOIP and/or Alberta's Health Information Act (5+ years)
The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level. (5+ years)
The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience leading complex (multistakeholder and multitechnology) projects. (5+ years)
Demonstrated senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (5+ years)
Experience leading change management and/or communication planning. (5+ years)
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (5+ years)
