Company Description:
- Detailoriented
- Comfortable with long periods of repetitive work and data entry
- Knowledgeable about Canadian life insurance and annuities
Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients to obtain required information or signatures
- Maintaining confidentiality about the business, executives, and customers
- Maintaining calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Drafting and/or editing letters, documents, and presentations
- Following up with clients or vendors as necessary
- Handling calls and answering or directing inquiries
- Providing historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
- Preparing expense statements for review and processing
- Maintaining a clean reception area and work environment
- Maintaining contacts and task lists
- Assisting with organization in document print area and supplies
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Experience in life insurance and investments field an asset
- Fluency in French an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)
