Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead daily operations within our bustling restaurant environment.As a key leader on the team, you will oversee food service activities, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences,
and maintain operational excellence.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food preparation to customer service
- Schedule shifts for managers and hourly employees
- Cross-train general managers in all aspects of the restaurants operation including management skills such as sales forecasting budgeting inventory control etc. li>Maintain accurate records of employee time off requests vacation hours sick leave etc.
